My friend, Dani! Happy 40th!!!

I don’t think Dani will ever know how much I loved photographing her for her 4oth birthday! I needed that session. When we got Henry life changed, things that were easy became hard. Not because of him, just because I was always so dang tired. I was even tired of hearing myself say that I was tired!!!! So when my friend called and asked if I would be able to photograph her for her 40th birthday, I jumped at the chance. I needed to be creative again, to see light and that magic that happens when the light hits just right. I needed to know that I could still do it.

Dani, you are amazing. I think it was photography that brought us together in the first place, isn’t that amazing.
